The article is devoted to the visualization of educational information using animation and scribing service PowToon. The service allows you to turn a static presentation into a video and animate the information in the frame by simulating freehand drawing elements, built-in animation and sound. The capabilities of PowToon contribute to the effective perception and assimilation of the material through the involvement in the thought processes of both hemispheres of the human brain.

The article describes innovative technologies used in the training of foreign military personnel. The advantages of these technologies aimed at stimulating the independence of students in the process of studying the Russian as a foreign language language are considered.
