The authors propose to consider the concept of “developing computer game” not only as a learning tool, but also as an object of design, reorienting the gaming activities of pupils on the process of creating your own game projects. The authors investigate the willingness of pupils to design computer games and propose variants of programs that can be used as a tool for implementation of the gaming applications.

The problem of the teachers' technical culture formation according to their pedagogical profile is viewed in the article. The authors single out the differences in teachers' preparation for using the modern means of training in the educational process, according to the subjects and the special abilities differences. The authors suggest the aims and the content of the computer science course. The technical tools which should be learned firstly are defined for each pedagogical profile.
