The paper is devoted to the analysis of concept and structure of sexual assault in modern Russian legislation. The author considers different points of view on the problem of sexual offenses definition; gives a generalized definition and classifies these actions by nature of attacks. The paper provides practical advic-es on victimological prevention of sexual offenses.
