The use of visual supports in English lessons as part of a communicative approach to the development of functional literacy

The peculiarities of visual aids as the main visuality principle fostered to develop functional literacy, communicative competence skills and cognitive involvement to the subject at the English classes are described in this report. The authors depict the research results of exercises developed by them based on virtual board Trello.
