There are various groups of the social dangers directly related to children of preschool age are considered in article. Pedagogical conditions for formation of social safety of children are defined. The article provides an analysis of the statistics of road accidents on the territory of the Tyumen Oblast for the last three years. The factors influencing the frequency of transport and road accidents are identified. Such indicators as the number of cases per year, seasonality, causes, driving experience, driver's gender are considered. Data on accidents with children are also taken into account. Additionally, information portals were analyzed.
