This article describes the characteristics of dangerous goods, considers the requirements for the organization of transportation of dangerous goods and high-risk goods, as well as the organization of transport security during the transportation of dangerous goods.

The article provides an analysis of the statistics of road accidents on the territory of the Tyumen Oblast for the last three years. The factors influencing the frequency of transport and road accidents are identified. Such indicators as the number of cases per year, seasonality, causes, driving experience, driver's gender are considered. Data on accidents with children are also taken into account. Additionally, information portals were analyzed.

This article examines the profitability of investments in safety systems for LLC «Technological Transport Management and Special Equipment,» which operates specialized vehicles. The study evaluates direct and indirect costs associated with accidents, downtime, and low employee qualifications, as well as the effectiveness of implementing digital technologies (IoT, artificial intelligence), training programs, and cybersecurity systems. Using Cost-Benefit Analysis and ROI calculations, the research demonstrates that initial safety investments break even within 1.5 years and generate a 64 million RUB profit over four years. The study emphasizes the importance of combining technological solutions, safety-oriented corporate culture, and public-private partnerships to reduce risks and enhance the competitiveness of the organization.
