The paper presents the author’s social algorithm of work with innovation, which represents the approved complex of stages including works on search and development, adaptation, implementation and use of innovations, which consists in optimization of the specified processes, in their coordination with various structural components of social system to increase efficiency and effectiveness of innovative activity of industrial enterprise.
