This article examines the development of techniques for representing polyhedra in solid geometry. Based on the results of an assessment of students' abilities to construct figures in solid geometry, as well as an analysis of school textbooks, the author identifies the key skills for representing figures in solid geometry necessary for solving problems. A step-by-step method for representing figures in solid geometry is proposed. A course with assignments for developing techniques for representing polyhedra has been developed on the Stepik platform, along with a C# application. The course aims to teach students how to solve problems involving constructing polyhedra inscribed in a sphere in three-dimensional space.
