Various sources and ways of financing joint-stock company "Penza production association" Elektropribor" activity are considered in the article. Sources are both external and internal. Various problems of the financing sources formation have been identified and ways of their solution have been proposed.

The author in his work shows the main components of the assessment of the financial condition of the organization, including current activities. On the example of the organization, the author assesses its current activities. The analysis shows the relationship between the effectiveness of the current activities of the organization with its main sources of funding.
