To maximize the market value of a company, it is necessary to increase the profitability of either its own or borrowed capital, but under the condition that the company’s financial stability is preserved. Currently, large Russian organizations prefer to apply the concept of company value management, based on the cost approach. The article provides an example of this approach implementation in JSC Elektropribor.

The article discusses the purpose of financial policy, methods of financial resources management, the influence of external factors on the financial results of enterprises, the proactive construction of a finance management system, taking into account the influence of the inflation factor, with the example of JSC Electropribor.

Various sources and ways of financing joint-stock company "Penza production association" Elektropribor" activity are considered in the article. Sources are both external and internal. Various problems of the financing sources formation have been identified and ways of their solution have been proposed.
