In article various aspects of ensuring quality and reliability of production are considered, the main directions of the solution of this problem are revealed. It is shown that the most important problem of ensuring adequate functioning of the quality management system (QMS) is formation of the trained and professional collective. Results of researches on the analysis of staffing of QMS are given. Experience of Almaz-Antey Concern in training of experts of QMS, to creation of conditions for professional development in a workplace, support of professional and administrative growth, to creation of a personnel pool is considered.
