The authors of the article analyze the most popular forms of negative communication used in social networks among teenage students. It includes the main characteristics of trolling, bullying, outing, stalking and liking and their difference from each other. The influence of social networks on the victimization of the individual. The authors propose to pay attention to these forms of virtual influence on the unstable psyche of young people in this difficult age. Regardless of the presence of an account in social networks, any person can be exposed to forms of negative communication and become a victim of this influence, the main field of action of which unfolds in social networks, but the echoes of such forms can also appear in real life.
The article defines the national and international legal directions of the organization of law enforcement activities to counter aggressive harassment of individuals – «cyberstalking». The analysis of international legal cooperation in the context of countering «cyberstalking» reveals gaps in the legal regulation of this phenomenon in Russian legislation. This study highlights the problem of understanding the socio-legal nature of «cyberstalking» and emphasizes the need for the rapid formation of unified national and international legal standards and cooperation mechanisms to protect individuals, bring perpetrators to justice and prevent this phenomenon.
