The thesis that a corporation, as a union of the capital of interested parties, is the most convenient legal structure for mediating the implementation of entrepreneurial activity has been historically established. At the same time, we create ourselves, demonstrating an independent subject of public-law relations, owning our own internal structure of relations, which determines the fundamental obligations between its participants and the corporation itself, such relations are called corporate and, being within the scope of civil law regulation, require deeper understanding and a clear understanding of their place in the system of civil law relations. The present study is devoted to solving this problem.
