The Church life of Stavropol during 1917-1945 - the most difficult and the key period for the ROC is analyzed. In the first years of Soviet power, the Russian Orthodox Church and its Ministers were on the brink of destruction, and only the Great Patriotic War was able to recreate the organizational structure of the Church.
