The article deals with the problem of marketing activity of companies providing services to the population. The author examines the characteristics of services and the organization of their sales. Paying attention to the problems of sales management services, the author focuses on the role of promoting them. We consider the complex promotion of services and the role of its individual components: advertising, image, public rileyshinz. The attention is focused on the role of staff to ensure increase of competitiveness of the services offered.
