In order to analyze and predict the dynamics of economic processes, the construction of time series models is used. Most often, additive and multiplicative models are built in practice. However, these models have a limited scope and are not suitable for the mathematical description of time series of a certain type. The purpose of this article is to develop a new type of model - a hybrid additive-multiplicative model that allows us to overcome the noted limitations. An example of the algorithm for constructing this model is given in the work. It is shown that the proposed model is more universal than previously known ones.
Regarding surface impedance sensing, a model of the geoelectric structure of frozen soils is proposed. The model includes a layer of transitional frost resistance. It is proposed to assess the condition of frozen soils and its frost resistance by changing the parameters of this layer. Based on seasonal changes in the module and the surface impedance argument in the open area and in the forest, their dependences on the changing soil condition are shown. The interpretation of seasonal changes in surface impedance in the open area and in the forest is given. It is shown how the geoelectric section of frozen soils, calculated from the surface impedance, changes in the warm season over three years, in a time series. According to its change, the seasonal influence of climatic factors on the state of frozen soils is interpreted.
