In the modern conditions of human development, theoretical, methodical and methodological approaches to economic growth and its indicators are undergoing a radical change. Factors and conditions for the realization of economic growth are changing. Increasingly, in the socio-economic literature, the problems of economic growth are associated with the economy of happiness. These changes should be reflected in the training of future managers. In this regard, there is a need to develop a training course on the economics of happiness, as well as its main sections. The article is devoted to this issue.
Modernization is a complex socio-cultural phenomenon. In each state, modernization processes have their own specifics, and the rates of economic growth and socio-political development have depended and continue to depend on their success. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study of modernization processes with students of management training programs, which can be carried out in the teaching of humanitarian disciplines (history, philosophy, political science, etc.). It is necessary to form in students a vision of the relationship between scientific and technological development and social conditions for the implementation of inventions and scientific discoveries.
