POSITIONS OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON THE ISSUES OF BRINGING TO RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS ON THE INTERNET

The paper uses the problem of bringing to responsibility for copyright infringement from the information and telecommunication network «Internet». The current norms providing for liability for these offenses are analyzed, a conclusion is drawn about the problematicness of bringing such persons to justice. A study of Russian and foreign experience in combating such violations is being carried out.
