Modern virtual assistant builders allow non-programming users to create complete software products. This makes them convenient for teachers. The article discusses the reasons why users prefer builders to create custom chatbots. As an example, it describes a chatbot for electronic support of an elective course called «Introduction to Set Theory,» which was developed using the Botmother builder.

The article presents an algorithm for developing an informational chatbot for students. To create a virtual assistant, subroutines of the aiogram library of the Python programming language were used. Some features of the formation of components of user interaction with the Chatbot are described.
