The traditional system of monitoring and assessing the quality of education, due to its organizational and technological characteristics, unfortunately, is no longer able to solve the tasks it faces. This article describes the benefits of multimedia technologies for teachers and students, as well as the forms and types of implementation of this approach in teaching biology.
