The article presents a comparative assessment of the response of winter barley varieties to the use of microbiological preparations and growth regulators in the conditions of the southern zone of the Rostov region. Based on the results of a three-year study, the experimental variants that ensured high productivity in combination with good indicators of product quality and sowing properties of seeds were identified. Proposals for agricultural production were developed.
