Marchenko I. A. THE INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ON STUDENTS // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2026. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2026/0.htm
This study is mainly devoted to how physical activity affects the mental and emotional state of students. In the theoretical part, we analyze changes in the central and autonomic nervous systems, as well as in mood, cognitive functions such as memory and attention, stress tolerance, and other aspects of fatigue caused by overwork as a result of regular exercise. The practical part describes a survey of forty students, including the survey methodology, its content, and a summary of all the data. The results show that moderate regular physical activity improves mood, increases overall performance, improves memory and concentration, and at the same time reduces stress and anxiety. The data obtained indicate that physical activity is necessary to maintain the mental health of students.
Krasovskaya U. ., Simanovich N. S. VISIBILITY AS A METHOD OF TEACHING RUSSIAN IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2026. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2026/0.htm
This article examines the didactic principle of clarity as one of the most effective methods of teaching Russian in elementary school. The fundamental role of visual media (illustrations, diagrams, tables, infographics) in increasing cognitive activity and sustained interest of younger schoolchildren in the subject is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms of interaction between the teacher's word and the visual image, which creates strong associative connections and contributes not only to memorizing the rules, but also to a deep understanding of the structure of the language and its patterns. The paper analyzes in detail modern approaches to the integration of verbal and visual components into a single educational complex. Practical recommendations are offered for the construction of lessons, where a purposeful combination of the teacher's explanation and demonstration of educational materials facilitates the assimilation of complex linguistic concepts as much as possible and forms strong skills of literate writing and speech.
