Dynamics of career orientations at youthful age

Abstract. In article justification of need of the organization of psychological support of career, both in the advanced school age, and at students stage is given. The main accent in work is made on such structural component of career as career orientations. This component makes a basis of the career purposes and plans which in the subsequent are realized in the course of an independent labor way. The urgency of support of a choice of «career anchors» proves to be true results of empirical research of dynamic and substantial features of career orientations at youthful age. Following the results of diagnostics the comparative analysis of features of a choice of the priority directions in career at a stage of youth is carried out and the explanation of the revealed divergences on three groups is offered: senior school students, first-year students, students graduates. In conclusion of work the description of the directions of the organization of psychological support of an adequate choice of career orientations is provided by young men and girls
