Development and research of the regenerative method of sterilization of canned food, using mathematical planning of the experiment

Abstract. The article deals we developed new ways to speed thermal sterilization of canned food in airtight containers using a step heat treatment of canned food, which allows their implementation using the principle of heat recovery. Empirical depending using a mathematical planning experiments which can be used to develop new modes of heat sterilization of canned food and designing devices for the heat treatment step using the heat treatment
