The paper examines the factors to increase productivity in a variety of management models (European, Japanese, Russian), studies the problem of increasing productivity of enterprises. The author shows the relationship of productivity and staff development, classification of factors influencing on productivity at the present stage.

The paper considers the importance of raising labor productivity at enterprise, presents the periodization of efficiency concepts. The study evaluates the productivity of labor on the example of an industrial enterprise. There are the ways of increasing efficiency of labor.
