The article presents recommendations for using authentic songs in the classroom English for students of non-linguistic specialties. Also provides tasks which may be useful in this work.

The article is devoted to the use of non-traditional types of work at the German language lesson for the students of the profile «The Foreign language». Creative tasks contribute to the motivation development of students to self-sufficiency, self-education, and increase of interest for a certain topic.
