The paper deals with the issue of young people employment in Russia. The author identifies the cause of graduates’ unemployment (their inexperience), provides statistical and sociological analysis of survey data and sites for employment. Economic education is highlighted as a leading and crucial factor in all career issues of students and graduates. Networking cooperation of higher school, business, government, political party that allows to conduct payed traineeship and practical training is considered.

The paper describes the actual problem of participation of youth in the agriculture entrepreneurship in rural areas and in the economic management of the country. The normative legal documents of youth policy that encourage the involvement of young people in the country's economy and agriculture are being analyzed. Youth movements and political organizations are seen as a key factor in supporting the youth interests. The main motivation to stay and work in the rural areas strands out the system of social support from the Government, youth policy establishments and political parties.
