The paper deals with possible pedagogical innovations of educational system on materials of reports of Open University of Great Britain and the European commission on questions of education and culture. The authors bring the adapted pedagogical techniques, which can be applied in educational organizations, give possible forms of introduction taking into account the system of Russian education.

The paper deals with the problem of interpretation of scientific concept “dynamics” in modern linguistic researches. The results of the terminological analysis and review of modern researches in the field of language dynamics show that the beginning of XXI century can be characterized as a period of a greater extension of the concept in linguistic researches.

The author deals with the genesis of the color revolutions naming, and in particular the symbols, which became the basis of the naming. The author discusses the scopes of symbols origin and the factors, affecting the subsequent distribution of naming in the speech.

The article is devoted to the questions of the phrase “orange revolution” functioning. This phrase has two meanings and according to these meanings the author describes the pointers, which help readers to guess the right meaning of the phrase. The research is made within the corpus linguistics.
