The actuality, goals and objectives of the research work directed on studying the ways of wordbuilding of special terms in English are formulated. The universal ways of wordbuilding are studied. The ways of wordbuilding of welding terms are analyzed. Examples of welding terms built by different ways are given.

The paper deals with implementation experience of project methodology in the development of a management training program for the national economy of the Russian Federation, the module "A Foreign Language". The stages of the project on developing the program are studied. The goals, objectives and results of the module "A Foreign Language" are formulated. The content of the program is given.

Following their wishes to realize communicative purposes and to achieve desirable results during a dialogue, communicants choose the certain lines of conduct, strategies which would allow them to realize intentions successfully as much as possible. In this article the author gives the complex pragma-semantic description of the tactics of generalization as one of the ways realizing the strategy of evading a direct answer.
