Competence-based approach should be considered as one of the conditions of professional socialization of the individual student. The educational process in high school that focuses on the formation of professional and pedagogical skills, such as cognitive, communication, methods-periodic, research and others, promotes self-determination self-actualization and self-development of personality of students. The result of professional socialization is a personality change after change its settings, views and attitudes to teaching
Professional socialization plays a large role in the development of students’ personality and the successful entry of graduates of professional educational organizations into an independent professional life. The main condition for successful professional socialization of students is the creation of common educational space «school-college-enterprise». The common educational space «school-college-enterprise», created in the conditions of network interaction allows partner organizations to achieve common goals in professional training, by combining resources, sharing them , thereby ensuring the effective functioning of each its elements individually and as a whole for the entire socio-economic system. The article discusses the model of professional socialization of students in conditions of common educational space, consisting of successive stages in periods of controlled socialization (at the school and college levels) and self socialization of a young worker in specific production conditions.

The period of study at the university is one of the most significant stages of professional socialization, since at this time the knowledge and skills necessary for successful professional activity are acquired, value attitudes and adaptive abilities necessary for successful solution of professional tasks in a dynamically changing world are formed. The process of professional socialization of foreign students studying at regional Russian universities has a pronounced specificity, which is insufficiently studied in modern pedagogical science. The article presents the normative knowledge about the organization of the process of foreign students’ professional socialization in a regional university. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the model of activity of teachers of a regional university and other persons organizing the process of professional socialization of foreign students. The leading approach to the study of the problem is the theory of the dialogue of cultures, which allows us to consider the professional socialization of foreign students from the standpoint of their inclusion in the context of professional culture. The main results of the study include the allocation of meaningful characteristics, typical problems and a means of professional socialization for each stage of foreign students’ professional socialization. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the development of a normative model of foreign students’ professional socialization in a regional university, which represents the unity of three stages – adaptation, individualization and integration. The theoretical significance of the study is that its results concretize scientific ideas about the professional socialization of students, taking into account the specifics of professional training in a foreign cultural environment at the regional level. The practical significance of the research results reflected in the article lies in the possibility of using them to improve the effectiveness of the process of professional training of foreign students at the regional level.
The training of qualified personnel for modern society requires the use of fundamentally new approaches to education, which will take into account the variety of factors affecting the quality of education and the success of the socialization of graduates of professional educational organizations in the professional community. An important place in the construction of the educational process is played by the use of digital technologies, which ensure the introduction of individual approaches to learning, making the educational process interesting, dynamic and effective.
