The actual issues of training and implementation by the Presidential Program's participants of their company effective presentation during the internship at German companies are discussed in this article. The presentation of his company by a trainee is highly important both for solving the tasks set during the internship and for establishing direct contacts with German companies. The generally accepted norms, values and requirements that the German business audience demands from business speeches or business presentations are described in the article. Recommendations are given to trainees, who are preparing to undergo training at German enterprises, how to prepare effectively for the presentation of their company in Germany, to overcome diffidence during the first speech, use the language of nonverbal communication convincingly, prepare slides for the German audience and confidently react to unforeseen situation.

In the article, actual problems of training specialists with additional qualification «Translator in the sphere of professional communication» to conduct business correspondence in German are contemplated. The set of basic thematic aspects to be learned is presented, the goals and objectives of the author's course are explained. The author gives recommendations on following speech, stylistic and grammatical rules of writing a business letter in German in compliance with regulations established by the German Institute for Standardization (DIN), as well as the examples of stylistic differences in business letters in German and Russian. The author reveals her methods of work, teaching technologies and resources which have been used during many years of her practice.

This article discusses the specifics of foreign probation period for Russian managers at German enterprises within the framework of the Presidential Program. The goals, objectives and content of the training program and also its opportunities for Russian managers are presented. The training of Russian managers at German enterprises is not only connected with obtaining information, knowledge, skills and intercultural management competencies that help establish contacts with German companies, but also a serious intercultural challenge. The article describes the generally accepted norms and corporate values of German enterprises, the rules of their work and some principles and trends in management, the behavioral standards of German businessmen. The article gives an advice to trainees who are going to have training in German companies that will allow them to understand better the essence of communication and not to get embarrassed in unusual situations.
