Theoretical aspects of the marketing approach application advantage in enterprise restructuring are considered in the article. The key stages and aspects of enterprise restructuring based on the marketing approach are identified. Strategic points of the marketing approach to restructuring and potential problems that may arise during restructuring are defined. The advantages of the marketing approach to enterprise restructuring are revealed.
