This article focuses on the system of assessing the ICT competence of students. The authors present the examples of the tasks worked out for the students, aimed at identifying almost all skills: access, controlling, integration, evaluation, document creation, transfer, definition. It is concluded that the worked out methodology allows to evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of ICT competence development.

This article focuses on the use of pedagogical cooperation methods and forms in educational activities. The article describes the Singapore method. The author presents an example of a master class for teachers and students to learn the structure of the Singapore method of teaching. It is concluded that the use of this technique improves the quality of education.
