The author examines the role of business incubators and technology parks in the economic development of the country and the region. The peculiarities of the state policy in support of small and medium-sized businesses in the Krasnodar Territory.

Entrepreneurship is the backbone of any economy, so the author develops the idea of entrepreneurship development in municipality of the Armavir city and singles out the problems, connected with it.

The article is devoted to improving of university competitiveness due to the commercialization of innova-tions of university. The authors also offer the variety of options for improving the system of financing the innovations.
