Tourism is one of the most profitable sectors of the economy today. It is recognized as an economic phenomenon of the century for the rapid pace of its development. Altai region is an important tourist region of Russia. Currently, ecological tourist routes are very popular in the tourism sector, which is very important for the region. The main purpose of the work is to analyze the development state of tourist routes in the Altai region. Main results: theauthors make the analysis of the state of the tourism industry and discuss the prospects for the development of tourist routes in the Altai region.

In modern economic conditions, when an active “migration” of labor resources to large cities takes place, many manufacturing companies are faced with a shortage of qualified specialists and workers. The main task of personnel management is to attract, retain and stimulate employees of the organization. The way to develop an effective personnel incentive system lies through understanding their motivational priorities. The purpose of the work is to analyze the incentive system and motivational priorities of employees of a manufacturing company. Main results: an analysis of the current system of incentives and motivation of the personnel at a manufacturing company was made, recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency of the incentive system of a company.
