Intensification of the educational process requires innovative approaches to the organization and implementation of teaching and educational activities in a modern school. The development of innovative educational environment will allow to optimize the formation of social competence among students including children with HIA. The analysis of the conducted research made it possible to reveal that in the modern educational environment it is expedient to introduce information and communication technologies, methods of active learning, elements of social interaction.

The article analyzes the problems of formation of health care schoolchildren. Identified pedagogical conditions optimize health through medical-pedagogical education of parents.
