The article is devoted to the phenomenon of professional identity as an integral part of professional self-concept of the future teachers. This study was to determine the differences in the process of formation of professional identity of students of high school and college. Defined the concept of the reference topics are presented results of the study, set the direction for further research.

The paper discusses the relevance of formation of life orientations of psychology students as a factor of psychological security of a person. The paper touches upon such questions as basic concepts, characteristic of the sampling, results of ascertaining experiment, which help to reveal the peculiarities of life orientations of psychology students and need of their further development at the stage of training
