In this work the author makes a comparative analysis of the management hierarchy (traditional management) and team building, substantiates the validity of the use of the term "command" in the management of the educational organization, is trying to develop the process and approaches of team building in educational organizations.

This article presents the results of research to identify US- ditions educational and creative self-organization of students of the 7th grades through shaped battery of E. Torrence and J. Questionnaire creativity of Ren-zulli.

The report focuses on the actual problem to date creative work of teachers. The report presents an analysis of the state of modern education, the basic problems and contradictions in the education system, the analysis of traditional and innovative approaches to learning, and his organization. The ways of organizing work to develop the creativity of teachers.

The problem of a current state of the educational environment of school is considered in the report. The list and contents of requirements which realization promotes increase of personal activity trained in self-development are allocated and analyzed. Also the complete organizational and pedagogical technology of its stage-by-stage formation is offered.

The role and value of didactics of the higher school are considered in article from positions of motivation of students to educational activity. Intrinsic lines of various groups of methods their influence on motivation and prospects of development of didactics of the higher school are defined.
