In the proposed article considers the possibility of de-offshorization of the Russian economy. The present-ed set of measures for the deoffshorization; highlighted the principles on which to implement these measures.

In the proposed article we analyze the existence of the Soviet Union as an economic and political project with a clearly laid down the objectives and functions. The author shows the historical evidence of the existence of the subjective nature of the regime and its subsequent liquidation.
