The main thesis of the article concluded that innovations in the field of general education and transferred to the sphere of additional education. It is showed himself the most effective project activities include innova-tions of recent times. For example, the large institutions of further education in the city of Samara, which deals with each year more than 3,000 children and teens, are considered merits and prospects of develop-ment of projects.

The article describes the specific features of the managing of additional children education, revealed a dy-namic dimension of the process of innovation. The author proves the necessity of the thematic issue of sci-entific and methodological magazine "Concept" reflecting the technology development of creative potential of students and shows it's meaningful plan.
