The article discusses the relevance of the use of game methods of training as part of the teaching of Urban teens, describes a variant of the game, which the teacher can use at an introductory lesson.

Based on the analysis of content of guide’s activities the article explores the professional qualities inherent in the guides, considers the methods of their development as well as the techniques of their evaluation, which can be used in educational programs for young guides.
