The paper characterizes methodological papers on theory of algorithms, which are based on computer technologies. These papers are aimed at intensification of process of assimilation of sections of the discipline and formation of the corresponding competences among the students of Syktyvkar university, who are trained in the direction “Pedagogical education”, profiles – “Informatics”, “Mathematics”.

The paper deals with the details of the activities of the D. V. Bubrih in 1941-1944 in Syktyvkar: management of the chair of the Komi language and literature at the Komi Pedagogical Institute; pedagogical activities and study of the Komi language and development of its grammar; scientific leadership of the regulatory “Komi-Russian dictionary”; organization and scientific support of dialectological expeditions in the regions of the Komi republic; training of future Finno-Ugric scientists.
