Within the framework of the theory of latent variables, the latent variable «motivation to success» is meas-ured on a linear scale. It is shown that estimations of indicators (questionnaire items) vary in big range that allows to measure precisely both low, and high level of motivation to success. The analysis of motivation to success is carried out within sex and age of employees.

In this article is described the modeling of the human attractor in educational organizations using a synergis-tic approach. Identified the need to create synergetic model of personnel attractor. This model can be used as a tool of system changes in GS in the context of modernization, determining the conditions for the de-velopment of self-organization to change the quality and contribute to the development of methodology of management.
