Tatyana is devoted to the problem of implementing psychodrama by a Manager in the process of managing an organization. The main purpose of using this method in management, according to the author, is to provide psychological support, maintain a favorable psychological climate in the team. It is emphasized that the use of psychodrama in the management of an organization is a creative way to influence the team in order to improve the quality of work.
The article reveals the concepts of innovation in education and innovation activity. Today, conditions for the development of innovative human resources in an educational organization are also being formed in step with the times. However, in order to reveal the ability of a person to work with an innovative orientation, it is necessary to create conditions that promote their development, to study the possibilities of increasing the level of readiness of teachers for innovation. The developed recommendations are aimed at increasing the level of readiness of the teacher for innovation. This article mentions some of the most common problems of innovation, as well as the ways to solve them.
