The introduction of information technologies in higher education is an urgent task, associated with the solution of many organizational, administrative and technical problems. Higher education institutions and the types of educational activities carried out by them are very diverse and, as a result, require individual approaches to digitalization. The paper is devoted to the consideration of the features of the integration of information systems that provide automation of the main processes of managing the educational activities of the university on the example of the Russian new University. As an optimal solution, the integration based on the complex of software products of the company "1C"is proposed.

The main tool for this is the Unified Automated Information System, which facilitates the exchange of information between EAEU member states.

The article is devoted to the study of the role and possibilities of using chatbots in an educational environment. The advantages of introducing modern communication technologies on the artificial intelligence platform are considered, which make it possible to increase the effectiveness of the educational process, simplify students' access to educational content and provide a personalized approach to learning.
The article discusses the implementation of information technologies in Russia's national security system. The author examines how to ensure rapid innovative development in the face of geopolitical instability, while avoiding dependence on foreign software and hardware solutions. Special attention is given to the concept of «sovereign» artificial intelligence, the protection of critical information infrastructure, and more. The article emphasizes the need to combine the development of domestic products, improve the legal framework, and train specialists.
