The article presents a theoretical and methodological justification for the need to introduce the role of a coach of creative states (TTS) into the system of psychological and pedagogical support for professional development. The essential characteristics of the phenomenon are revealed, the functional responsibilities of the TTS are defined, and its importance for increasing the adaptability and innovativeness of specialists is argued. A support model is presented that actualizes the growth of creative competencies.
