The paper describes the process of processing the message information. The main stages are covered: preliminary analysis, evaluation of properties and classification of information. A method of classifying information from a message into the categories of information, disinformation, and information noise by applying various estimates of the properties of the message is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of this method are noted. Identified prospects for improving method.

The article deals with the problems of introduction of modern approaches to the evaluation of learning outcomes in a military university.
