The article describes the results of a study of the optimistic style of behavior in primary school students in grades 2 and 3. It is noted that children tend to have an optimistic style of explaining events, and most of them have a high level of hope and are generally satisfied with their lives and in a state of psychological comfort. However, there is also a category of children with a pessimistic style of behavior.
