The article reveals the organizational structure of additional education in state budget institutions,which contains differentiated developed specialized programs focused on personal development, increasing the socialization of the child and the ability to meet cognitive needs in the process of acquiring useful skills and experience, with subsequent orientation to the choice of a future profession. The author traces the trends of promising innovative introduction of various additional training programs into the education system, thanks to which students get a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the peculiarities of professions.
This article examines methods of conflict resolution in the collective through the pedagogical legacy of A.S. Makarenko. Key principles of Makarenko's system are explored: "pedagogical explosion," parallel action, perspective lines, and self-management. Particular attention is paid to conflict as a constructive element of team development. An analysis of some contemporary studies of the teacher's legacy is provided.
Currently, the problem of patriotic education of students is considered as a priority task of modern education. The formation of patriotism among future teachers is based on the ideas of the ideal of a teacher and a citizen in the classical pedagogical heritage. The paper analyzes the contribution of great Russian teachers (K.D. Ushinsky, V.A. Sukhomlinsky, A.S. Makarenko, N.I. Pirogov) to the development of the theory and practice of educating a citizen and a patriot. Based on the analysis of modern research and classical ideas, the key principles and strategies of patriotic education in a pedagogical university are highlighted, including the principle of cultural conformity, an axiological approach and activity mediation.
