The article presents the results of the author's sociological research conducted in 2016 with the purpose of revealing the differences in the process of perception and evaluation of the respondents' professional activity by teachers, depending on their gender.
The possibilities of the effective implementation and interiorization of moral norms in the consciousness of a senior pupil are considered. There is a pragmatic basis of morality - an awareness of the usefulness and advantage of the observance of moral standards for successful life. The effectiveness of the pedagogical team as an analogue of a small group has been proved, a competition of young teachers' groups has been organized to find the optimal content and specifics of interdisciplinary moral education.
The modern educational system always undergoes transformation which, affects the relations within the pedagogical team. Creating a favourable socio-psychological climate in an educational institution, in turn, requires leaders to choose the right style of leadership to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process in an educational institution.
